Build your career in aluminum

Plan, direct and coordinate aluminum extrusion production and maintenance operations to meet cost, quality and output targets. Set and monitor product standards by examining materials and directing testing.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules to determine staffing, inventory and work procedures within budget and time constraints
• Confer with technical staff to resolve issues
• Develop production tracking and quality control systems; maintain production records and personnel documentation
• Hire, train and evaluate staff; develop budgets and approve expenditures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
• 2 years of experience in the job or as an Extrusion Manager in aluminum extrusion manufacturing
