Plan, direct, and coordinate aluminum extrusion production and maintenance operations to meet cost, quality, and output targets. Set and monitor product standards by examining materials and directing testing to ensure prescribed quality.

Review production schedules and operations to determine staffing, inventory, and work procedures within budget and time constraints, and confer with technical staff to resolve issues. Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems by analyzing operational reports and maintain production records and personnel documentation.

Hire, train, and evaluate staff to sustain an efficient workforce. Develop budgets and approve expenditures to ensure effective use of materials, labor, and equipment.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field. 2 years of experience in the job or as an Extrusion Manager in aluminum extrusion manufacturing is required. 40 hrs/week and $105,706/yr.
